TimeStudy – Production Process Analysis Platform
A platform designed to analyze manufacturing processes by recording and breaking down tasks, actions, and personnel involvement. The system allows users to document workflows based on uploaded videos or through manual input, enabling detailed time analysis and process optimization.
The Problem
Manufacturing teams lacked a clear and structured way to analyze production processes. Existing methods were manual, inconsistent, and made it difficult to understand how long individual actions took or where inefficiencies occurred. There was no centralized tool to capture tasks from video footage or manually create step-by-step process flows.
The Solution
I built a web platform that enables users to record production workflows by annotating video or manually defining each action in the process. Every task can be tagged with a responsible worker and precise timestamps. The system uses Redis for caching, ensuring fast data access, and stores all process data in PostgreSQL. The resulting reports provide insights into total time, bottlenecks, and opportunities for streamlining operations.
