Suggestion App – Employee Feedback Terminal
An embedded suggestion system running on Raspberry Pi, built with Flutter, that allows employees to submit anonymous or named feedback about the company directly from a physical terminal.
The Problem
The company did not have an easy and accessible way for employees to share feedback or suggestions. Traditional channels like email or paper forms were rarely used, and some employees were hesitant to attach their names to critical feedback. Management needed a simple, user-friendly and optionally anonymous way to collect insights from staff.
The Solution
I created a suggestion app deployed on a Raspberry Pi device, with a touch-friendly interface built in Flutter. Employees can quickly submit suggestions, either anonymously or with their name attached. The app guides users through a simple flow, stores submissions securely, and makes it easier for management to review feedback regularly. The physical terminal form factor encourages more frequent use and lowers the barrier to sharing honest opinions.
