Syneo – Modular SaaS Business Platform
A large-scale, modular SaaS platform built with a custom framework-like architecture. Syneo delivers a suite of business-critical modules, including HR, Tools Management, Assets, Ticketing, DMS, Requisitions, and many more—designed for seamless integration and scalable enterprise operations.
The Problem
The company needed a unified system capable of handling multiple operational areas without relying on scattered third-party tools. Existing workflows were fragmented, data was duplicated across departments, and teams lacked a centralized, scalable platform to manage HR operations, assets, documentation, and internal requests.
The Solution
I designed and built a multi-module SaaS platform using a custom modular architecture similar to an internal framework. Each module—HR, Tools Management, Assets, Ticketing System, DMS, Requisitions, and others—was developed as an independent Angular package published via NPM, then dynamically integrated into the main application. The backend, powered by Node.js, Redis, and RabbitMQ, supported real-time communication, task scheduling, and efficient data processing. Deployment on Kubernetes ensured scalability, reliability, and environment isolation for the expanding system.
